Accura Geometric offer comprehensive specialist CNC machining facilities for one-off and short-run precision machined components in a variety of exotic and standard metals.

The facilities are ideally suited to one-off and small batch production of highly complex engineered components for the aerospace, defence, motor sport and petrochemical markets.

• Presswork for specialist applications (low volume)

Specialist services include:

• CNC Milling up to 4 metre length with 3D and 4th axis capability
• CNC 5-axis simultaneous milling 600x600x600mm
• CNC Wire and Spark Erosion
• Full Grinding facilities for: form, jig, optical and cylindrical grinding
• CNC Turning up to 1200mm dia up to 4m long

• In-house CAD design and simulation capability
• Prototype/one-off work
• Kit assembly
• In-house try-out services for specialist presswork for:
   - up to 350 Tonne try-out presses with feed  for 400mm wide coil
