Specialist Machining Services

Specialist machining services are available on a one-off, small to medium batch size manufacture and on a project support basis.

Small to medium batch size production runs for precision machined components are performed to exacting Quality Standards and Quality Assurance Certificates are issued with all manufactured precision machined components.

Accura Geneva specialises in:

  • Precision round bores to extremely close tolerances, excellent surface finishes and better than conventional accuracy of lengths of up to 4m x 1m diameter
      
  • Finished machined components including round bar, blocks, casting in a variety of shapes and dimensions for a wide range of applications
       
  • Use of indexable tooling and specialist drill heads for precise accuracy and surface finishes up to 4m length
       
  • Any shape of component machined, e.g. input & output shafts, flight refueling tubes, yachting fittings, marine/diesel engine components and many others.
