Located in Pershore, Worcestershire, Accura Geneva Limited manufacture business critical components for the aerospace, oil & gas and F1 industry sectors.  The company provides services for large and small CNC machining, gun drilling and deep hole boring of standard and complex components in specialist alloys and conventional materials.  The Company has requirements for the following personnel:

Mazak CNC Lathe Programmer Setter Operator (Small Batch Work)
The ideal candidate would have good knowledge and practical experience of Mazak programming and be able to work to close tolerances on programming/machining work.  Highly skilled in programming and setting of CNC machines for machining of precision machined components, you must be able to meet deadlines and stringent quality requirements of customers in a variety of market sectors.  Candidates with knowledge of Siemens CNC programming would also be considered as full training could be provided to the right candidate.
 
CNC Lathe Programmer Setter Operator (Siemens)
Candidates must be familiar with larger type work in exotic materials.  We are looking for candidates skilled in programming and setting of CNC machines for machining of precision machined parts and who will be able to work to tight deadlines and quality requirements. Candidates must have knowledge of Siemens CNC programming.
 
Deep Hole Borer Setter Operator
Applicants must be able to set up and operate deep hole drilling work up to 4m long on various deep hole drilling machines.   Being able to work autonomously to close tolerances, stringent quality requirements and tight deadlines would be a distinct advantage.
 
CNC Miller Programmer Setter Operator
Applications for this role should have good knowledge and practical experience of Heidenhain programming, setting and operating.  Although prior experience on Heidenhain machines would be a distinct advantage, training could be provided for the right candidate with experience on similar machines.
