• Precision round bores to extremely close tolerances, excellent surface finishes and better than conventional accuracy of lengths of up to 4 metres and diameters of up to 1 metre.  Where necessary, parts can be honed to acquire very fine surface finishes with very close tolerances.
  
• Producting finished machined components from round bar, blocks, castings, etc in a variety of shapes and dimensions for a wide range of application from conventional and exotic materials.
  
• The company uses specialist tooling to obtain precise accuracy and surface finishes.

• Machining any shape of components, e.g. aerospace landing gear axles, oil & gas exploration components, input & output drive shafts, flight refuelling tubes, F1 racing components, marine diesel engine components including fuel injection, accumulators, piston rods and many others.
