New Product Introduction

Accura Engineering’s dedicated New Product Introduction (NPI) team supports our customers in developing a clear and robust plan to transition from prototype to full-volume production. Through careful project management and a stage-gated NPI process, we help our customers to reduce waste in the product development process. If required, we can work to PPAP or other customer-defined NPI frameworks to ensure a fully compliant process is delivered.

Design For Manufacture (DFM) is a critical stage in a product’s design process, reducing manufacturing cost and improving part quality. By considering DFM issues such as material handling, tooling and fixturing and inspection methods, potential pitfalls can be avoided.
