Junior Key Account Manager

Job description

– Collaborate with commercial & NPI team to identify and grow new opportunities within the Aerospace business
– Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our customer service according to customer needs and objectives
– Support Senior Account Manager monitoring and reviewing sales schedule and forecast.
– Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
– Cross functional working as required to cover other business key accounts as required

Skills/Qualifications

– Qualified in Business administration or at least 5 years’ experience gained in customer facing role.
– Experienced in working with teams in an engineering/manufacturing environment
– Experience working in an Aerospace manufacturing environment under AS9100 Rev D
– Knowledge of CNC Machining and metal fabrications
– Leadership, communication and team working skills
– Innovative and results focused – able to identify ways to overcome constraints
– Quality focused – support processes, procedures and systems to ensure consistent compliance with internal and externa standards

Graduate Junior Key Account Manager

Job description

– Support Senior Account Manager monitoring and reviewing sales schedule and forecast
– Build & maintain strong working relationships with internal & external customers
– Liaising with Engineering teams processing customer enquiries and preparing & submitting quotations
– Support daily conference calls providing customer orders progress in conjunction with Production Control & Production management
– Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders

Skills/Qualifications

– Educated to Degree level (with Hons) in an applicable discipline (e.g., Commercial or Business)
– Ambitious and aspiration to move forward within role
– Strong project management and communication skills
– Able to deliver presentations clearly and effectively
– Able to work independently and within a team
– Good business and commercial understanding
– Understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles

NPI Manufacturing Engineer

Job description

– To support the continued development of Accura Engineering we are looking for a manufacturing engineer with a high level of technical and practical machining experience which they will use to plan, design, optimise and productionise our manufacturing processes
– To quote, program and engineer product through the business
– To engineer from 1 off product to mass produced parts
– Turn quotations around within service level guidelines and maintaining good working relationships with suppliers and customers
– Using continuous improvement skills and supporting all NPI

Skills/Qualifications

– Demonstrate knowledge of ISO9001 standards
– Suitable qualifications or on the job experience in Engineering Disciplines
– Able to project plan, communicate liaise effectively, efficiently and proactively with customers and sub-contractors
– Knowledge in 5S, Lean Manufacturing including Visual Management
– Strong leadership, communication and team working skills
– Innovation and change – Driving, generating and implementing ideas to continuously improve products, services, processes, culture, ways of working and the working environment
– Knowledge of in machine Inspection Techniques
– Computer literate

CNC Miller (days/nights)

 

Job description

– To ensure all products are handled, Milled and identified in accordance with Accura Working Practices and Procedures ensuring adherence to customer requirements in a safe manner conforming to all relevant Health and Safety regulations
– The accurate setting, cutting and identification of materials maximising stock utilisation and minimising any scrap of damage to both customer products and stock
– The maintenance and accurate recording of all details on both the computer-based stock control system and all other supporting documentation
– Ensuring all stock and processed products are clearly identified in accordance with both Accura and customer requirements at all times

Skills/Qualifications

– Ability to read and understand a cutting pattern to maximise stock utilisation and minimise waste
– Computer literate
– Self-motivated, reliant, diligent, analytical and numerate
– Focus on output – keen attention to detail to ensure highest quality is achieved
– Problem solving – using technical expertise to identify problems
– Flexible and able to work well under pressure
– Strong communication and team working skills

CNC Turner (nights)

Job description

– Programming, setting, and operating machinery
– Using DMG twin spindle with live tooling
– Using citizen sliding heads and 3-Axis lathes

Skills/Qualifications

– Toolmaking / Aerospace experience an advantage
– Experience with difficult to machine materials
– Can demonstrate the ability to fully utilise modern machining techniques and fixture design
– Fanuc and Celos controls, offline programming capability is essential
