This machine has been purchased to enhance our existing Wiring EDM facility to Drill starter holes within the range of 0.3mm – 3.00mm diameter. It can also be used on pre-heat treated hardened materials including Tungsten Carbide. This significantly reduces lead time and cost removing the need to pre-heat treat materials before drilling.
The software package on the Drill-20 allows DFX & IGES files to be directly imported
